Solstice: Sun Dance

The super-Bollywood triumphant return of the Sun Goddess! Yay the end. By this time it was pretty late and I had been working awhile so I was glad to be finished.

I was asked to draw a booklet to clarify this year's Winter Solstice celebration for the younger grades. The Winter Solstice is the shortest day of the year, and we celebrate it so that we can have a non-denominational day together right before winter break. The high school organizes, choreographs and performs an amazing modern dance performance, which amazing but completely confusing. Thus, explanatory booklets!
